Seeking relief from acute or chronic muscle pain?
The varied Soft Tissue Manipulation Techniques of MWTC are very specific to relieving acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. The Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques that MWTC utilizes focus on elongating adhered/shortened tissue, and the exercises (when needed) add strength and support to the overstretched and weakened musculoskeletal tissue. All this is done with the goal of creating balance within one’s body. When the body’s balanced, you significantly decrease the odds of future injuries.

Maintain
Tune-Ups
8-12 week maintenance therapy is often needed for long standing chronic problems. Once that problem (shoulder chronic ache/weakness) has been dealt with, it may want to rear its ugly head again down the road. So, we suggest a tune-up for the body every 8-12 weeks. We tune our cars up, so why not the most important vehicle, our body?
